Under The Weather - chapter 18.

Prepping for the soundcheck party is a bit of a blur to Fifi but remained relaxed and content. Things are still slightly strained between her and Kevin but she's trying to not let it bother her. The guys did their soundcheck and then have some food ready for the show.

The crowd is buzzing with fans being very vocal; some screaming, crying and others who are singing along. Even Fifi finds herself getting carried away enjoying the show amongst the fans with Maddie, Leigh and Leighanne. Leighanne gets a little tipsy from her wine and dances along in fromt of her seat holding onto Baylee's little hand who's jumping on the spot, like a typical boy. When Nick comes over on the stage, he serenades Fifi encouraging her to wolf whistle at him; playing along. The WAGS are going crazy over their boys. When Alex comes over, Fifi just sits and watches him.

It doesn't take long for the arena to clear out from all the fans and soon the WAGS, Maddie and Fifi are escorted backstage to the dressing room. Once backstage, everyone is hyper and giddy! Celebrations carry on when they're on the bus. The one good thing about having a party on the tour bus is that music can be played fairly loud without any complaints made. The bus is lively, people chatting, dancing along to whatever is being played and Baylee running round. It's not long before Brian and Leighanne are tucking their young son into his bunk after some resistance first though! Most people are now tipsy...

"So what are you up to after the tour?"@

Fifi striking up conversation with Nick, in the corner of the room.

"Might take a vacation on my boat and hang out with some friends back home, you?"

"Not sure, I'm worn out from all the travelling. Most definitely see the family and catch up with my friends. Me and Maddie will need to think about our next job, we don't make as much money as you guys, ha! Unfortunately. Plus it depends on how long you guys are having a break for as well."

" why, who said we want you back?!?"

Not aware of her own strength, she pushes Nick into the cupboard behind him and her face turns a beetroot colour.

"Hey! What was that for?! Ha ha!!"

Nick jokes as he stands himself while staggering.

"Sorry!! I was only meant to nudge ya, shows how much you've had to drink!!"

He puts his arm around her shouder, almost squishing her in the process and red faced looking Howie staggers over to where they are standing. He wraps both arms round the pair, pulling in for a group hug then he shouts Brian over. He pounces in between Nick and Howie, and they laugh. When she finally breaks free, Fifi nips to the bathroom and suddenly tiredness hits her. She shouts goodnight to the guys and climbs into her bunk.
Eventually the noise outside her bunk quiets down and Fifi is lost in her book.

"Fifi?"

"Hello..."

 "Are you going to sleep?"

"Not yet, are you okay Alex?"

"Yeah, everyone's gone to bed 'nd I saw your light still on so thought I'd come and say hey."

"You can come in, if you like?"

With an invitation, he climbs in and sits down opposite her with his legs crossed in front of him. They sit and chat for a little while until Fifi dozes off. He pulls the duvet over her properly and turns out the light before climbing out of the bunk.

Getting out of the car with her on one side and him on the driver's side. The bold, fantasy filled castle staring at then, is the land of Walt Disney. A little, excited voices cheers in the back of the car and Fifi turns round to face the tiny tot; her hair as dark as her daddy's. Big brown eyes and her arms waving about. She looks at he as if trying to think of her name; Alisha, that's the tot's name. Cute, but wait a minute... Is she her baby? Standing behind Fifi is him with the trolley ready to put Alisha in it so they can go and explore together. It's already been planned that they will be meeting her favourite Disney character; Cinderella. Fifi has loved Cinderella ever since she could read a book herself, what little girl didn't love a fairytale princess?! First though, they venture on some family rides. Rides such as the merry-go-round, and sitting in the Cinderella glass coach as it takes them on a littke rice. They have lunch at the Be Our Guest Restaurant where they join in at Mrs. Potts expedites Lunch. Little Alisha is amazed by all the different sights and sounds. Then they meet Cinderella who also takes thelittle  family on a tour around her castle. Fifi feels so excited and loved by Alex organising the whole day trip. He takes her hand, lacing her fingers with his and brings it to his mouth to kiss her knuckles... Then she spots a ring on her finger; a wedding ring. White diamond embraced with black diamonds encrusting the outside of it, the band has a line of white diamonds with more black diamonds along the outside just like the centre piece of it; beautiful. Then she sees his, it too has both black and white diamonds but it's plainer in comparison. Bursting with happiness, she goes to kiss him and then...

Hurling out of bed like a speed of light; Fifi runs to the nearest bathroom. Her stomach is retching so hard and her throat is burning at the acid from her vomit. After splashing her sweaty, pale face and stares at her reflection in the mirror, it dawns on her that she has had another dream. Again about Alex. She decides to give herself a proper wash down and while trying to do so, ends up holding her hair out of the way as  she's busy being sick. Even trying to dress, she ends up kneeling again... As she opens the doir, she's greeted by Maddie who's heard her from outside.

"Are you okay, heard you puking?!"

"I will be later, think motion sickness got to me."

"Oh oay. They're serving breakfast. Link arms with me."

Together, linking arms they walk into the dining area as everyone is stuffing their faces. Fifi plonks herself down and turns a pale, green shade...

"Hey, you alright? Too many last night?"

She shrugs her shoulders unable to speak in fear of having to throw up again. Thankfully other people are quick to answer for her.

"She didn't drink, never does. Lets leave her to it guys."

"Alright Nick. Why don't you go back to your bunk Fifi and get your head down for a few hours?"

Leighanne settles the conversation and lets her maternal instinct take over. So Fifi heads bavk to her bunk, Nick follows he. He wants to see if she's really okay.

"Hey babe, you sure you're okay?"

"Yeah, I'm probably just shattered. Just gonna lie down for a bit. You?"

Worrying, he asks her if she wants him to chill with her. A little hesitant but lets him come into the bunk, to keep him from worrying anymore than he needs to. Pretty much after getting comfy and with Nick near the other end Bt her feet; she's asleep. He peeks his head out through a gap in the curtains to nosy at everyone else.

"She alright bud?"

"Sleeping. She's always been so lively since she started working with us. She looks so pale."

"She'll be fine, Nick."

"Hopefully yeah, cheers AJ."

Fifi woke up a few times and had nice little chats with Nick keeping her company. Another reason why she adores him, he's always been there when she needs him and his crazy little outbursts that he has; making her laugh. Lunch time comes and goes, Nick disappears in search of food for himself hoping Fifi will share it with him. He comes back with a plate full of sandwich soldiers, this was one of the things he did for his young siblings when he was left to look after them. She manages to eat one but unable to eat any more. Learning from experience, he doesn't try to force feed her but insists she keeps drinking.
