Breakfast came and went for now everyone was at the arena. The time came to do the styling ready for the show. Fifi worked on Howie who as always was a pleasure to be around, then it was Brian, Nick was next. He quietly asked how she was feeling and is satisfied to hear that she's coping much better today, he hates seeing her the way he did just a few days back. Alex was next to be sorted out abd although there was still some awkwardness between them, things were looking up. Lastly, she works on Kevin and like she expected, he was short and slightly stern with her. As the guys were making their way to where they had to be for the soundcheck/VIP, she yelled good luck to them and have fun. Whilst they were busy, and Maddie was busy chatting to one of the security guys; Harry, Fifi found herself dashing to the nearest toilets with the urge to vomit.
The guys had done te soundcheck and were now busy doing press interviews before going to grab some food before the show. After being sick, Fifi wandered out to get a gulp of fresh air and to fetch a drink. Feeling a littke better, she went to join Maddie, who was with everybody else. Alex and Fifi exchanged littke smiles from across the room. Nick and Brian were goofing around, causing everyone to laugh. The time has come for the guys to get ready to go on stage, leaving the two girls backstage to relax. Maddie had already gone round to watch them perform. Fifi needed the toilet and then went to find where Maddie was. As she was siting down; Nick moves over to where they are and doing his solo bit during 'Just Want You To Know' thrusting his hips towards her, making her blush. Then the music started playing for 'Incomplete' and Fifi was entranced while watching Nick and Alex as they sing lead on this song. When the show finished, she had a creak in her neck and found herself smiling; enjoying seeing the guys do their thing.
On the wat back to the bus, almost everyone congratulated one another for putting on such a fantastic show; even Fifi managed to say a few words to Alex...
"Hey, you were good up there!"
"Cheers Fifi."
With that he goes to get something to eat once on the bus. She's soon caught up with mingling amongst those sat themselves down on the sofas. One by one, everyone heads to their bunk while the bus is taking them to the next destination. It wasn't long before everybody is asleep.
Over the next couple of days, it was the same in, same out with them all doing their part on the tour. Fifi and Alex continued with brief exchanges and the odd smile. It wasn't a great deal of progress but it is certainly an improvement to the avoidance and short, snappy comments between them. One of the guys' trousers split during one of the dance routines so the girls went on to repair them. Fifu made a journey to a nearby make-up/styling product retailers to stock up ready fir the remainder of the tour. The girks along with Leighanne, Leigh and Kristin made a day of shopping. They were all wanting to buy new outfits for a tour party the following evening. Fifi felt very relaxed with the guys' WAGS and she learned a lot of juicy gossip about the guys. Even though her and Maddie weren't WAGS, they certainly fet included. To split the day up, they dined out in one of the town's swanky restaurants and ended the girly day by being pampered at the hotel's salon.
Everyone was meeting in the hotel's main restaurant at six-thirty and with minutes to spare, Fifi's parents phone her. She talks to them while walking to the restaurant and after saying goodbye, she hangs up, putting the phone back in her handbag. Enjoying herself and chatting to Howie, Leigh, Maddie and Nick. By this time, the waiter had brought out all of the orders. Fifi is happily tucking into her BBQ chicken melt when out of the blue, she has to run to the nearest toilet. Once in the bathroom, with her head down the toilet being sick. Yikes she hated being sick! Cleaning herself up, tidying up her make-up, she heads straight to the bar to get a glass of water. Soon they all descend into the bar. Fifi chuckled at seeing Maddie flirting with Harry. She could tell that they liked each other and sincerely, she feels happy for them. She thought they would make a great couple, Maddie who's the perfect ten and him being six foot odd, bulging with muscles.
Typical, Nick drags Fifi up on to the dancefloor and she realises that for once, she's having so much fun, more than she has done on the tour so far. Whenever she looked around her, she smiled at seeing everyone letting their hair down and having fun. Things were definitely looking up for her. Somewhat, it is now a few hours later; probably around one-thirty in the morning and some of them had gone up to their rooms, leaving only Fifi, Maddie and Kevin left. When Maddie disappeared to go to the toilets, Kevin came over to Fifi and he clears hs throat...
"What are you doing? Alex doesn't need you messing him about! I'm not blind, you know..."
As he trails off.
"What do you mean, I'm not messing him about and I woud never do that to him. Why?"
"I see the way you look at him, no one else may have noticed but I have! You're just messing him about, one minute you're hating him and then the next, you're fine with him."
Now Fifi is beginning to feel defensive and not quite believing what she's hearing...
"In case you didn't know, there's history between me and Alex, I certainly wasn't prepared for seeing him again after all these years! Why are you so hard on me? If I want to sort things out with him then I will! I'm going to my room. Bye Kevin."
She starts to walk away when he catches up behind her and grabs tight hold of her arm; causing it to go a slight pink colour.
"Ouch! Let me go!!"
"I'll let you go when I'm ready... Now you'll listen to me young ladt! No one walks away from me when I'm talking..."
Unbeknown to them, Maddie is stood at the doorway astounded as what she's seeing right before her very eyes... Panicking, she runs to find someone to help. With tears prickling, and being subjected to the stench of alcohol coming from Kevin's heavy breathing...
"Please just let me go... I don't want to hurt Alex. I just want to make peace with him..."
She suddenly finds herself out of Kevin's grip and Howie trying to calm him down. Maddie pulls her away and gives her a big hug.
"Kev, bro, what's going on?!?"
Howie trying to make sense of everything that has just happened whilst remaining calm as he always does in stressful situations. He had rarely seen his bandmate as angry as he is now and he muttered some words to calm him down...
"Alex doesn't need the stress of her!!"
Kevinnexclaimsbin a stern but unnerving matter of factly way, making sure Fifi was clear on what he was saying to her and suggestively meaning she keep her distance from him and Alex. Maddie with her arm around Fifi's waist, takes er up to their room and nodding at Howie, mouthing 'thank you' to him for coming to the rescue. Eventually, she calms Fifi down enough for her stop shaking and crying hysterically. The rest of the night proved to be a very long one and both the girls, Kevin and Howie didn't get much sleep.
