A few days later, Alex pops into the local grocery store to grab a few things for him and Fifi to watch some movies at hers. He then pulls into her drive and makes his way to her front door. After some time, she appears in her pyjamas and lets him inside. Not saying a word but he can tell se isn't quite right, like she looks pale and tired although he does ask her how she is to which she replied 'feeling okay'. She asks how he is like she always do when she greets someone.
They chat and Alex tells about going to see his mum who wants to meet up with her parents for a meal. He also had been to see his friends. Meanwhile, Fifi had been in bed but she jus said she'd been sorting things out and trying to think of ideas that she can try out.
"I've thought of an idea for you..."
"Oh aye, what's that? Something crazy knowing yo."
"It might be crazy to yo but what about doing a YouTube video? You could get a model who you can demonstrate how to create hair and make-up."
"Who would I get to model though?"
"I dunno, anyone you know? Someone who loves being pampered and not camera shy."
She sits and contemplates the idea.
"What camera stuff have you got?"
"Not much, why? As long as I've got good lighting, that's pretty much what I need apart from the usual equipment."
"Well as long as you have a decent camera that records, plenty of light and a pretty model... That's all you need ain't it?!?"
"Yup, I know a few girls who might do it, but one question?"
"You and your questions! Go on..."
"Who's gonna be interested in my video though?!?"
"Lots of girls for starts! I can get the Boys to share links or maybe their WAGs. My mum is free thus weekend, if your folks are?"
"I'll phon them now, quickly."
She gets her gone and dials her parents numer. After a few rings, a voice answers from the other end...
"Hey mom! You and dad okay? Alex's mum, Denise is free this weekend if you's are. Okay cool! He can ring her and then I'll get back to you tomorrow with time and location. Yes I am fine, just tired that's all. Aww okay. You both take care and I will speak to you tomorrow. Goodnight."
The rest of the evening, both Fifi and Alex relax watching the telly. As time goes on, Fifi is becoming quieter by the moment. Whenever he asks if she's okay, she just tells him she is fine. Secretly, she has started to feel worse and can feel herself worrying but doesn't want to panic Alex so puts a brave face on. As he has an appointment early in the morning, he leaves to go home.
